Great list, but I would have to go with Layla by Derrick and the Dominoes. It's a classic, and it incorporates 2 of the greatest guitar players of all time Clapton, and Dwayne Allman, and for its influence on the way people thought about music at the time, Good Vibrations by the Beach Boys!

Oh, yeah. Maybe something by Elvis, like Heartbreak Hotel or I got a Woman. Those guys were the heart and soul of Rock and Roll. But I do agree, you got the top one right, Johnny B. Goode. LOL But you should have some room for "It's so Easy to Fall in Love" and "Rave On" by Buddy Holly.

LOL. Well, I remember the '50's. That's when Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, Little Richard, Roy Orbison came on with Rock and Roll. It was great. So I would have liked to have seen Long Tall Sally, Let me hear some of that Rock and Roll Music, Great Balls of Fire and Blue Suede Shoes, Pretty Woman, on that list.

Nice choices PJ. I find it funny that your first and last choices contradict each other.
